Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 and 13; 4.No history of psychiatric disorders or other chronic diseases; 5.Normal or corrected-to-normal binocular vision, with no color blindness or color weakness; 6.Right-handedness; 7.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with other severe psychiatric or psychological disorders (e.g., bipolar disorder or schizophrenia); 2.Currently receiving pharmacological treatment or participating in other exercise intervention programs; 3.Suffering from chronic diseases or severe sports injuries (e.g., bone or joint diseases) that prevent long-term physical exercise; 4.Unable to comply with and participate in the scheduled exercise intervention training; 5.Having a history of long-term regular exercise > 1 year; 6.Currently participating in other experimental projects that may affect the study results.
