Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients hospitalized in the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery of our hospital due to chronic wounds (healing time = 4 weeks). 2.Complete clinical data, including general demographic information, medical history, inflammatory indicator test results, wound microbial culture and identification reports, treatment plans, and prognostic follow-up records. 3.Voluntary participation in this study (informed consent was waived due to the retrospective nature of the study and data anonymization).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with combined severe organ failure (e.g., heart, liver, kidney, or brain). 2.Patients with malignant tumors, hematological diseases, autoimmune diseases, or those on long-term immunosuppressive therapy. 3.Patients with unsuccessful wound microbial culture or lacking inflammatory indicator data. 4.Patients who died during hospitalization for other reasons, discharged against medical advice, or lost to follow-up, resulting in incomplete prognostic information. 5.Pregnant or lactating women.
