Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Lung cancer combined with COPD group: Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=40 years; (2) COPD diagnosed according to GOLD standards; (3) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for lung cancer; (4) Consent to provide peripheral blood and, if available, lung tissue obtained via bronchoscopy or surgery. 2. Lung cancer only group: Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=40 years; (2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for lung cancer; (3) Consent to provide peripheral blood and, if available, lung tissue obtained via bronchoscopy or surgery. 3. COPD only group: Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=40 years; (2) COPD diagnosed according to GOLD standards; (3) Consent to provide peripheral blood and, if available, lung tissue obtained via bronchoscopy or surgery. 4. Healthy control group: Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=40 years; (2) Other benign diseases requiring biopsy; (3) Consent to provide peripheral blood and, if available, lung tissue obtained via bronchoscopy or surgery.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lung cancer combined with COPD group: Exclusion criteria: (1) History or current presence of any other malignant tumors; (2) Presence of other significant pulmonary diseases; (3) Refusal to sign the informed consent form; (4) Presence of severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, or poor compliance that prevents cooperation with study-related procedures, or patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator based on clinical judgment. 2. Lung cancer only group: Exclusion criteria: (1) History or current presence of any other malignant tumors; (2) Presence of COPD; (3) Refusal to sign the informed consent form; (4) Presence of other significant pulmonary diseases; (5) Presence of severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, or poor compliance that prevents cooperation with study-related procedures, or patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator based on clinical judgment. 3. COPD only group: Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of lung cancer; (2) History or current presence of any other malignant tumors; (3) Refusal to sign the informed consent form; (4) Presence of other significant pulmonary diseases; (5) Presence of severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, or poor compliance that prevents cooperation with study-related procedures, or patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator based on clinical judgment. 4.
