Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for the PSA group: (1) First or recurrent left hemisphere ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, confirmed by MRI/CT; (2) Duration of disease 1-12 months (subacute to early chronic), with initial assessment completed during hospitalization or outpatient visits; (3) WAB-AQ = 6 years of education; (5) Basic ability to cooperate in completing fNIRS acquisition and behavioral tasks (with the aid of auxiliary prompts). 2. Inclusion criteria for the PSnA group: (1) Confirmed diagnosis of stroke (left or right hemisphere), confirmed by imaging; (2) WAB-AQ >= 93.8, normal language screening; (3) Age-matched (+/- 5 years), education-matched (+/- 3 years), and disease duration-matched (+/- 4 weeks) with the PSA group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe consciousness impairment, MMSE = 15; 4. fNIRS contraindications: scalp lesions > 30%, effective channels < 70%.
