Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis aged 18 years or older; 2. Have received regular hemodialysis treatment for three months or more; 3. Are conscious and have normal communication and interaction abilities; 4. Have fully understood and agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently taking anti-anxiety or antidepressant medications; 2. History of mental illness; 3. Concurrent significant damage to other important organs or presence of malignant tumors; 4. History of severe physical deformities or appearance changes caused by non-renal diseases (such as major trauma, amputation, etc.), which may significantly affect body image evaluation.
