18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Planning to enroll 30 healthy adult male participants 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Aged 18-30 years, with a BMI of 18.5-24.0 kg/m^2; 3. No history of musculoskeletal injury or respiratory disease in the past 12 months; 4. No long-term breathing training habits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Judged by the investigator as unsuitable to participate in this study;
