Control Group:Routine health education (standard post-abortion/postpartum care measures) + fertility preservation animations and short videos played in family planning outpatient clinics
Intervention Group:Routine health education + fertility preservation intervention package (including: establishing enterprise WeChat groups to push text and videos
distributing paper brochures and PDF electronic documents
playing animations and short videos in family planning consultation outpatient clinics and synchronizing them to WeChat within 24 hours
one-on-one Q&A, monthly interactions, and offline lectures)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Quantitative Research: 1. Women of childbearing age aged 18–49 years; 2. Registered residents or permanent residents (living in Pudong New Area for six months or longer); 3. Informed consent to participate in the survey. Inclusion Criteria for Qualitative Interview Participants: 1. Women aged 18–49 years; 2. Registered residents or permanent residents (living in Pudong New Area for six months or longer); 3. Informed consent to participate in the survey.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Quantitative Research: 1. Individuals who are infertile or lack the capacity to understand; 2. Individuals who are expected to be unable to complete the full follow-up period of this study due to objective factors such as relocation or job transfer. Exclusion Criteria for Qualitative Interview Participants: 1. Individuals who are infertile or lack the capacity to understand.
