Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the Sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria; 2. Age > 18 years old; 3. Complete clinical data of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of malignant tumors, acute infectious diseases, etc. 2. Presence of immune system diseases; 3. Pregnancy or lactation; 4. Receipt of blood or blood products within 14 days; 5. Use of immunosuppressive drugs within 3 months; 6. ICU hospitalization duration <=1 day; 7. Chemotherapy administered within 6 months before admission.
