12 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized adolescent patients who meet the ICD-11 criteria for depressive disorders; 2. Aged 12-18, female; 3. Moderate to severe depressive symptoms (HAMD-17 score >= 17); 4. Patients and their families are informed about the study and voluntarily sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with severe mental illnesses like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder 2. Those with fractures 3. Those at risk of seizures 4. People with high blood pressure or anemia 5. Those with serious physical illnesses or movement disorders 6. Those who cannot cooperate with the study, such as having speech or intellectual impairments
