Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for senile osteoporosis; 2. Age: 65-85 years old; 3. Accompanied by varying degrees of lower back pain; 4. Written informed consent form signed by family members or the individual, agreeing to enter the researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combining various diseases that cause secondary swallowing disorders; 2. Patients with severe diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and other systems that affect their swallowing function recovery; 3. Medications affecting swallowing function taken in the past 3 months; 4. Those who have received other relevant treatments and may affect the outcome observation indicators of this study; 5. Individuals who are sensitive to electrical stimulation and unable to withstand it;
