Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients hospitalized in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2026 with a diagnosis of Ulcerative Colitis (UC) will be included. The diagnosis must be consistent with the corresponding version of the Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Guangzhou 2012 edition or Beijing 2018 edition) in effect at the time of diagnosis, and must be reconfirmed by the investigator based on a review of the original source data; 2. Age at confirmed diagnosis >= 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not meet the diagnostic criteria of the corresponding version of the Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease, those with an unclear diagnosis, or those with incomplete clinical data. 2. Patients with coexisting other intestinal diseases.
