Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Imaging shows a solitary jaw cyst with initial surgery (CBCT examination performed at our hospital); 2.Pathological diagnosis confirmed as jaw cyst (including odontogenic keratocyst, apical cyst, dentigerous cyst, etc.); 3.Age =18 years; 4.no gender limitation; 5.Complete perioperative clinical information available, particularly records of antimicrobial drug use;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of definite local or systemic infection prior to surgery, or acute infection within the past month; 2.Patients with significantly compromised immune function (e.g., HIV infection, long-term use of corticosteroids or immunosuppressants, abnormal white blood cell levels); 3.Concomitant severe conditions such as jawbone osteomyelitis, malignant tumors, or cystic malignancy; 4.Diabetic patients;
