18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18–90 years; 2.Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of EGC; 3.Availability of complete and clear images from WLI, ME-NBI, and EUS; 4.Underwent ESD or radical surgical resection with available postoperative pathological results;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of previous gastric surgery; 2.Did not receive surgical treatment within 8 weeks after diagnosis; 3.Pathological diagnosis is unclear or key information is missing; 4.Inaccurate lesion localization or poor image quality affecting interpretation;
