Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years; 2.Underwent primary catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation; 3.Received preoperative left atrial CT angiography; 4.Qualified results of Swin-UNET automated segmentation of epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) after manual quality control; 5.Available electrophysiological data from 12-month follow-up; 6.Signed informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of previous cardiac surgery; 2.Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, malignant tumor, pregnancy; 3.Patients undergoing ventricular ablation, atrioventricular node ablation, right atrial flutter ablation, or aborted ablation; 4.Missing follow-up data; 5.Poor image segmentation quality;
