Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis was mild to moderate acne vulgaris on the face (including the nose) and Pillsbury acne classification score was grade one to grade three mild to moderate acne; 2.Age >=14 years old, gender unlimited; 3.Patients aged 18 years or older must provide informed consent and sign the informed consent form. For patients under 18 years of age, the informed consent form must be signed jointly by the patient and their parent or legal guardian, based on informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Patients with other skin diseases; 3.Patients who have used topical acne drugs within 4 weeks or oral use of antibiotics, retinoids and other acne drugs within 4 weeks; 4.Patients who have undergone systemic or topical corticosteroid therapy, or physical therapy, chemical therapy, or laser therapy for acne within the past 4 weeks;
