60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Undergoing hip or knee replacement surgery; 3. ASA classification I–III; 4. Anesthesia method is general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having mental health disorders or long-term use of psychiatric medications, steroids, or hormone drugs; 2. Severe organ dysfunction before surgery; 3. Incomplete perioperative related information; 4. Emergency surgery.
