Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 or older; 2. Preoperative diagnosis confirms a benign tumor; 3. Patients who have undergone any of the following surgical procedures: robot-assisted surgery, endoscopic surgery, or conventional surgery; 4. Complete medical records and valid follow-up information; 5. Primary parotid tumor resection surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis confirms a malignant tumor; 2. Patients with recurrent parotid tumors; 3. Patients with comorbidities or pre-existing facial nerve damage; 4. Missing clinical data or loss to follow-up; 5. Patients who have undergone parotidectomy on the same side two or more times, or on both sides.
