40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 40 - 65 years old, gender not restricted; 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) within the normal range (18.5 - 27.9 kg/m^2); 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: III - IV grade; 4. Three-vessel coronary artery disease with the bypass surgery sequence uniformly being: anterior descending branch ? right coronary artery ? circumflex branch; 5. Preoperative New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function classification: II - III grade; 6. Preoperative laboratory tests showed that liver, kidney functions and coagulation functions were basically normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who refused to sign the informed consent form; 2. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) < 40%; 3. Those who failed in percutaneous coronary intervention and needed emergency surgery; 4. Those who died during the operation.
