Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were good health, absence of musculoskeletal or neurological disorders, and at least 2 years of karate training experience without prior exposure to a combined training program. Participants were randomly assigned to the combined training group or the control group using a computer-generated randomization list. All participants provided written informed consent before participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants must be free from musculoskeletal or neurological disorders; possess at least two years of karate training experience; and have not undergone complex training programs. These criteria ensure that the participants' physical condition is suitable for high-intensity compound training, while excluding individuals who may interfere with the research results due to insufficient previous training experience or existing health issues, thereby guaranteeing the accuracy and reliability of the study.
