Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Lp(a) >= 30 mg/dL or >= 75 mmol/L; 2. Age between 18-80 years; 3. The subject or legal representative has been informed about the nature of the study, understands the provisions in the protocol, can ensure compliance, and has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic kidney disease (serum creatinine > 133 µmol/L or glomerular filtration rate < 60 mL/min/1.73 m^2), liver dysfunction (transaminase levels more than 3 times the normal), or malignant tumors; 2. Patients who may be non-compliant with the study protocol (including the follow-up period), such as those with mental disorders, drug abuse, etc.
