18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy volunteers aged 18-50 years old; 2.Uniform skin color distribution (can be classified into types I-IV according to Fitzpatrick skin type); 3.Understand the clinical trial, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Lesions, trauma, severe pigmentation or application of nail polish exist at the measurement site (finger/ nail bed); 2.Suffering from severe peripheral vascular diseases, Raynaud's syndrome or known microcirculation disorders; 3.Recently taking vasoactive drugs (such as antihypertensive drugs, cold medicines); 4.The skin temperature at the measurement site is too low (e.g. < 26?);
