Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 80; 2. Meets the 2024 liver failure diagnosis criteria; 3. Recently had artificial liver treatment during this hospital stay and the catheter has been removed; 4. Expected to live more than 1 month; 5. Fully conscious, able to cooperate with the study, and has signed a written informed consent form, either personally or via a legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with other serious primary diseases, such as end-stage malignant tumors or severe heart, lung, or kidney failure, who are expected to live less than a month; 2. Those with severe mental illnesses who cannot cooperate with the study or data collection; 3. People with other acute infectious diseases that might interfere with wound healing assessments; 4. Those who transfer to another hospital, pass away, or are lost to follow-up, making it impossible to complete the observation.
