Aerobic exercise:Three times per week, 35 minutes of continuous training at 65%–75% of peak heart rate, for a total of four weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. male or female; 2. age of 18-30 years old; 3. BMI > 24 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. taking drugs or supplements (e.g., stimulants) that interfere with the study measures within 3 months; 2. taking antibiotics or other drugs within one month; 3. adults with long-term exercise habits (at least 3 times per week for more than 1 year); 4. adults with congenital heart disease, coronary heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, and hypertension.
