Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hold a valid nurse practice license; 2. Have been engaged in clinical nursing work for at least 3 months; 3. Have experienced a patient safety incident during work.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses in orientation, internship, or external hospital training programs; 2. Not on duty during the survey period, including those on leave, on secondment for study, or other absences.
