Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male registered nurse currently holding a nursing management position; 2. Possesses =3 years of nursing management experience; 3. Willing to participate in this study and able to cooperate with completing semi-structured interviews.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Proxy nursing manager; 2. Individuals who have held nursing management positions for less than one year; 3. Those who have been relieved from nursing management positions for more than six months; 4. Individuals unable to fully express their personal opinions due to health or work reasons.
