Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 65; 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria for community-acquired pneumonia; 3.After admission, the patient received antibacterial drug treatment. 4.Subjects of prospective studies can cooperate with follow-up visits and sign informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe CAP requiring ICU monitoring or mechanical ventilation; 2.Those with a clear or highly suspected diagnosis of tuberculosis, fungal infection, pulmonary abscess, necrotizing pneumonia, acute infection of bronchiectasis, or other conditions requiring an extended or special treatment course; 3.Severe immunosuppressive status, including organ transplantation, active hematological malignancies, recent chemotherapy, or long-term use of high-dose hormones/immunosuppressants, etc. 4.Those with a confirmed allergy to the main antibacterial drugs intended for the study, or those with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency who are unable to complete the scheduled treatment; 5.Patients who have received continuous systemic antibacterial therapy for more than 48 hours before hospital admission and for whom the treatment course cannot be accurately assessed.
