Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male baseball players or individuals with systematic baseball training experience aged 18 years or older; 2. Participants who are able to understand the study procedures, voluntarily participate in the study, and provide written informed consent; 3. Participants who are able to complete the pre-test, resistance training intervention, post-test, and related sports biomechanical assessments as required; 4. Participants without acute injuries within the past three months that may seriously affect resistance training, drop-jump testing, or baseball swing testing; 5. Participants with the basic ability to complete resistance training, baseball swing testing, drop-jump testing, and three-dimensional motion capture testing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with current acute injury, pain, or functional limitation of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, lower back, hip, knee, or ankle that may affect testing safety or data interpretation; 2. Participants with a history of cardiovascular, neurological, musculoskeletal, or other conditions that make them unsuitable for moderate- to high-intensity exercise testing or resistance training; 3. Participants with obvious fatigue, insufficient sleep, alcohol consumption, acute illness, or other conditions before testing that may affect exercise safety or data quality; 4. Participants who are unable to comply with the training or testing schedule, whose movement patterns fail to meet safety requirements, or who are judged by the researchers to be at high risk if they continue participation;
