18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Presence of typical symptoms suggestive of gastric emptying disorder; 2.Gastroparesis Cardinal Symptom Index (GCSI) score > 2; 3.Aged 18–80 years, regardless of sex; 4.Mechanical obstruction excluded by abdominal CT or MRI examination; 5.No use of prokinetic agents within 48 hours before examination; 6.No contraindications to GFU or ROMs examinations; 7.Written informed consent obtained from the participant or an immediate family member.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Critically ill patients with unstable vital signs; 2.Patients with impaired consciousness or severe cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate with the examination; 3.Patients who have undergone gastric surgery within the past 6 months, such as gastrectomy or fundoplication; 4.Patients with severe arrhythmia or an implanted cardiac pacemaker; 5.Patients with severe ascites or a BMI >=35 kg/m² that prevents accurate measurement of the gastric antrum; 6.Presence of contraindications to GFU or ROMs examinations; 7.Pregnant or lactating women; 8.Individuals who refuse to participate in this study.
