Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 14–85 years. 2. Diagnosed with SLE meeting any one of the following criteria: 1997 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) classification criteria 2012 Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics (SLICC) classification criteria 2019 European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology/American College of Rheumatology (EULAR/ACR) classification criteria 3. Previously tested positive for ANA, anti-dsDNA, or anti-Sm antibodies. 4. Presence of active, biopsy-proven lupus nephritis according to the 2003 ISN/RPS classification criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological specimen inadequate for diagnosis. 2. Concomitant other severe renal diseases (e.g., diabetic nephropathy, chronic kidney disease, etc.). 3. Explicit refusal to participate in the study (prospective component).
