Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients met the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM): presence of typical clinical manifestations (polydipsia, polyphagia, polyuria and weight loss) plus one of the following indicators, which shall be reconfirmed on a separate occasion: (1) Random blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L; (2) Fasting blood glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L; (3) 2-hour post-load blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L; (4) Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) >= 6.5%. 2.Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) was diagnosed based on a sustained elevation of urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio (UACR >= 30 mg/g) and/or decreased estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR <= 60 mL/(min·1.73 m^2)) for more than 3 months, with other renal diseases excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency; 2. Patients with renal injury or renal insufficiency caused by other chronic diseases; 3. Patients with acute kidney injury; 4. Patients with abnormal test results due to severe infection, burns, fever and other conditions; 5. Pregnant women and children; 6. Patients unable to cooperate.
