Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged >=60 years; 2.Pathologically diagnosed with colorectal cancer; 3.Undergoing radical colorectal surgery (including laparoscopic and open procedures); 4.Complete perioperative clinical data; 5.Comprehensive postoperative follow-up records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgical cases; 2.Palliative surgical cases; 3.Intraoperative discovery of distant metastasis (Stage M1); 4.Pre-existing intestinal dysfunction (e.g., chronic intestinal obstruction, pseudo-obstruction); 5.Concurrent severe neurological disorders affecting gastrointestinal function assessment; 6.Incomplete clinical data.
