Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years, informed consent and voluntary participation in this study; 2. Family members of patients with comorbid dementia, familiar with the patient's condition, family's overall income and expenditure, and financial management; 3. Patients cared for who meet the ICD-11 diagnostic criteria for dementia (code 6D80) and have one or more chronic diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers with severe physical or mental illness, cognitive or mental disorders, who are unable to accurately understand and complete the questionnaire and intervention process. 2. Patients under their care are in the acute phase of treatment for malignant tumors or other diseases that lead to huge short-term medical expenses. 3. Caregivers who are also involved in other similar interventional studies.
