Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients scheduled to undergo partial hepatectomy at this center due to their own medical condition 2: No medical or anesthesia contraindications for surgery 3: Understand the nature of the study procedures, willing to participate, and provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with other severe comorbidities: severe renal insufficiency, cardiovascular diseases, or other serious medical conditions 2: Patients who have received preoperative treatments such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy 3: Long-term use of immunosuppressants, hormonal medications, etc. 4: Active viral hepatitis
