Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.able to complete basic communication and assessment tasks; 2.willing to sign the informed consent form; 3.and having no serious contraindications to vision or hearing assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.diagnosed with severe dementia (MMSE <= 10); 2.severe mental illness or major acute physical illness; 3.or recent participation in other interventional trials that may affect this study.
