Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Experiencing a certain level of academic anxiety symptoms (average score of AAS among current undergraduate or graduate students >=21 ); 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. Able to use a smartphone or computer proficiently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of suicide or self-harm risk (PHQ-9 suicide item>= 2); 2. Severe depressive symptoms (PHQ-9 total score >= 20); 3. Currently receiving psychotherapy or psychiatric medication; 4. Previous participation in exposure-based interventions for academic anxiety conducted by our research team.
