Experimental group:Hemoperfusion Regimen: PHA130 hemoperfusion cartridge is added on the basis of conventional hemodialysis.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 75 years old, gender not restricted; 2. Maintenance hemodialysis treatment duration >= 3 months, stable condition; 3. Regularly undergo dialysis 3 times per week (or as per doctor's advice), Kt/V >= 1.2; 4. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Within the past 1 month, there has been a history of acute infection, surgery, trauma or blood transfusion; 2. Complicated with severe liver dysfunction, malignant tumor or autoimmune disease; 3. Severe malnutrition or hemoglobin < 80g/L; 4. Presenting with severe cognitive impairment and unable to cooperate with the scale test (but those with extremely poor baseline test results still need to be recorded); 5. Known to be allergic to the material of the perfusion device.
