Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lumbar pain lasting >3 months, with a Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) score of >=3 and =6 months); 4. No participation in regular moderate-to-high-intensity physical activity (>=150 minutes/week for moderate, >=75 minutes/week for high-intensity) for >3 months; 5. Ability to comprehend the study content and willingness to sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Specific back pain caused by pathological changes in the lumbar spine, such as discogenic back pain, ankylosing spondylitis, spinal tumors, visceral diseases, and back pain caused by spinal trauma; 2. History of lumbar surgery.
