Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-85 years old; 2. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of the 2021 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis; 3. Able to communicate via WeChat; 4. Patients are informed about this study and agree to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe neurological disorders and abnormal mental states; 2.those with cognitive impairments in communication and understanding, making it difficult to comprehend the questionnaire content and communicate; 3.patients with severe organ failures such as heart, kidney, and lung; 4.those unable to express subjective discomfort symptoms and complete the questionnaire; 5.and those with other serious diseases or infectious diseases.
