Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18 - 75 years old, no gender restrictions; 2. Diagnosed with FAP (CFAP or AFAP) through clinical manifestations and genetic testing: CFAP (meeting all the following criteria) The patient has more than 100 colorectal adenomatous polyps, with an earlier onset age (usually polyps appear before the age of 20, and gastrointestinal symptoms occur after the age of 20); Often accompanied by extraintestinal manifestations such as CHRPE, osteoma and fibrous tumor, etc.; Autosomal dominant inheritance. AFAP (meeting any one criterion, excluding cases where 30 years, and at the time of onset, there are 10 to 99 colorectal adenomatous polyps; There is 1 patient in the family with an onset age > 30 years, and there are 10 to 99 adenomas, and at the same time, one first-degree relative has a history of colorectal cancer combined with adenomatous disease. 3. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe heart, liver, kidney, lung or neurological and mental disorders, hemolytic anemia, ulcerative colitis; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Those allergic to berberine.
