6 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 6 - 18 years old; 2. Possess the ability to read and understand Chinese, and be able to complete the questionnaire independently; 3. Patients diagnosed with depressive disorder or bipolar disorder according to ICD-10; 4. Fully understand the purpose and process of the study, voluntarily participate in the research and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is severe cognitive impairment (such as intellectual developmental delay, delirium, etc.), making it impossible to understand the questionnaire content or complete the filling independently; 2. Currently experiencing a severe depressive episode of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or with psychotic symptoms, which may affect the authenticity and reliability of self-reporting; 3. Currently in an acute state of alcohol or drug poisoning, or in the withdrawal reaction period of substances, which may interfere with the stable assessment of emotional state; 4. There is a serious physical disease that makes it impossible to complete the questionnaire survey; 5. Currently participating in other clinical studies that may affect the assessment of emotional state (judged by the researcher); 6. Although having basic Chinese reading ability, unable to accurately understand the questionnaire items due to educational level or language habits.
