Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=20 years; 2. Single pregnancy; 3. Pregnancy duration <=24 weeks; 4. Unimpeded communication; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with pre-existing type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus; 2. Individuals with a history of psychiatric, psychological, or neurological disorders.
