Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF). 2.Patients with 18-80 years old. 3.Complete clinical data available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with concurrent malignancy. 2.Patients with severe diseases of vital organs (e.g., heart, lung, kidney, or brain). 3.Patients with a history of liver transplantation.
