Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients pathologically diagnosed with low-risk papillary thyroid microcarcinoma; 2.Patients undergoing open surgery or endoscopic surgery; 3.Patients able to complete the follow-up questionnaire after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of prior neck surgery; 2.Tumor diameter >= 2 cm; 3.Presence of confirmed lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; 4.Incomplete baseline clinical information; 5.Presence of uncontrolled chronic diseases or concurrent malignancies; 6.Presence of mental disorders; 7.Inability to complete the questionnaire, either independently or with assistance.
