Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed positive for Hp infection by 13C/14C-UBT or pathological diagnosis (if using 13C-UBT, the cutoff value must be above 6; if using 14C-UBT, the value must be more than twice the critical value to be included); 2. Treated for Helicobacter pylori in our hospital's specialized Hp clinic using dual therapy with amoxicillin combined with a potassium-competitive acid blocker; 3. Patients who had a follow-up check 4 weeks after the end of treatment to determine if eradication was successful.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who cannot be queried and refuse follow-up.
