Interventions

Control Group:Receive matching placebo once daily for 14 consecutive days, with warm water. The placebo is identical in appearance, preparation method and taste to the test products.
Low-dose Group:Receive the test powder containing 1.0×10^10 CFU of Lc19 strain once daily for 14 consecutive days, with warm water.
High-dose Group:Receive the test powder containing 6.0×10^10 CFU of Lc19 strain once daily for 14 consecutive days, with warm water.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria 1.Aged between 18 and 60 years old, with no restriction on gender; 2.Voluntarily participate in this study and be able to understand and sign the electronic informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1. Subjects with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hepatic or renal insufficiency. 2. Those who have taken other probiotic products within the past 30 days. 3. Subjects with severe gastrointestinal diseases (gastric or duodenal ulcer, acute enteritis, ulcerative colitis) or significant organic lesions (intestinal cancer, tumor, etc.). 4. Individuals with known allergy to any ingredient of the study product. 5. Pregnant or lactating females. 6. Those judged by the researchers to be unsuitable for participation in this study for other reasons.
