Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: No restriction ; 2. Patients who received idebenone treatment in the Department of Ophthalmology, Peking Union Medical College Hospital from November 2018 to October 2025 ; 3. Confirmed diagnosis of Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy; 4. Patients who underwent at least one visual acuity re-examination in this hospital after taking idebenone for 3 months.
