Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient's age should be between 18 and 65 years old; 2. The patient should meet the recognized diagnostic criteria for SAPHO syndrome by Kahn (2003), i.e. Any one of the following four conditions can be used for diagnosis: (1) Bone and/or joint disease accompanied by palmoplantar pustulosis; (2) Bone and/or joint disease accompanied by severe acne; (3) Adult isolated aseptic osteoporosis or osteitis (excluding Propionibacterium acnes); (4) Chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis in children; 3. The patient has signed an informed consent form, agreeing to use their stock serum, blood cell samples, and clinical data for scientific research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other clearly defined autoimmune diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis) that may have interfering factors affecting the experimental results; 2. Patients with a history of infectious diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, active malignant tumors, as well as high-risk populations such as pregnant women, emergency patients, end-stage disease patients, and elderly patients with underlying diseases; 3. Individuals with insufficient or low-quality blood samples that cannot be used for DNA extraction.
