Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Imaging suggests pulmonary nodules and after preoperative localization, thoracoscopic resection is performed; 3. The localization strategy is clearly defined as CT-guided or CT-free electromagnetic navigation-guided percutaneous puncture localization; 4. Baseline and perioperative outcome data are complete and can be used for analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Key exposure or outcome variables are missing; 2. Other unclassifiable positioning techniques were used concurrently; 3. Repeated enrollment (only the first complete case is retained).
