Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient 1. Diagnosed with a hip fragility fracture according to the relevant diagnostic criteria in the Osteoporosis Fracture Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines; 2. Age 60 or older; 3. Conscious and able to communicate normally; 4. Informed about this study, voluntarily participating, and has signed the consent form. Caregiver 1. Over 18 years old; 2. The primary caregiver designated by the patient; 3. Involved in the patient's medical decisions; 4. Informed and agrees to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Also have mental and cognitive disorders; 2. Also have major organ dysfunctions, such as heart, liver, or kidney issues; 3. Have terminal illnesses. Caregivers: 1. Have severe hearing or vision impairments that make communication impossible.
