Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis criteria for moderate depressive disorder in accordance with ICD-10; 2. Self-harm behavior occurred in the past six months; 3. Hamilton Depression Scale (24-item HAMD) score > 20 and < 35; 4. Score = 5 on the Adolescent Self-Harm Questionnaire; 5. Age 12-18 years old, with junior high school education or above, gender not limited; 6. Voluntary signing of informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Request to remove the researcher; 2. Terminate the researcher due to unexpected events (such as discharge, referral, etc.); 3. Indicate those who are unable to continue participating and complete the entire research process; 4. Those who are absent from the intervention without any reason for two consecutive weeks.
